耶西民宿共可入住10-16人，每個房間都是套房，皆附有衛浴設備：
一樓雙人主人房（可加床至四人）
二樓兩間四人房
一樓客廳可再加四人
戶外用餐區
本民宿為小木屋設計，屋內不開放任何形式的烹飪，另附有戶外用餐涼亭，提供以下設備：
電器：冷藏冰箱、電子鍋、微波爐、飲水機、烘碗機
餐具：各式大中小鍋具、炒鍋、各式碗盤、杯子、筷子、湯匙、叉子…等餐具
爐具：兩個卡式瓦斯爐（會提供基本瓦斯罐）、另提供木炭烤爐（需自備木炭、烤網、火種）
以上設備免費提供使用，烤肉、火鍋皆可，使用後將餐具清洗乾淨放回烘碗機即可。
民宿庭園環境有豐富昆蟲生態，且山區氣候較潮濕，考量食品安全，請自備相關食材、調味料。
